Cancellation Policy
a) 30 days ahead: no cancellation charges
b) 15 days prior to date of arrival: 50% cancellation charge applicable
c) Last minute cancellation (14 days and below) will result in 100% cancellation charges being applied.
Where cancellation charges will not be applicable:
i) When Druk Air or Bhutan Air does not land on the specific date or if the flight (Druk Air/Bhutan Air) gets cancelled then upon verification the cancellation charges will not be applied.
ii) Incase of natural disasters
